Clear guidelines on refunds for Prime Glow Station educational programs

At Prime Glow Station, we're committed to providing quality budget risk management education. We understand that circumstances change, so we've created a straightforward refund policy that respects both our students and our operational realities.

This policy applies to all learning programs starting in autumn 2025 and beyond. Please read it carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Eligibility for Refunds

We process refund requests based on specific criteria. Not all situations qualify for refunds, but we try to be fair when genuine issues arise.

Before Course Start

Full refunds available up to 14 days before your program begins, minus a 150 THB administrative fee.

First Week Window

Partial refunds (70%) possible within the first 7 days of course start if you've attended fewer than two sessions.

Medical Circumstances

Special consideration for medical emergencies with proper documentation. Case-by-case evaluation required.

Course Cancellation

Full refunds issued if we cancel or significantly modify your enrolled program without adequate notice.

Important Note

Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 25% of course content or after 21 days from program start, whichever comes first. Digital materials accessed count as course participation.

How to Request a Refund

We've made the process as simple as possible. Here's what you need to do:

Send an email to info@primeglowstation.com with your full name, enrolled course details, and reason for requesting a refund. Include your order number if you have it.

Our team reviews requests within 3-5 business days. We'll email you to confirm receipt and may ask for additional information if needed.

You'll get a clear yes or no within a week of submitting your request. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and timeline.

Get Your Money Back

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and bank.

Refund timing varies based on how you originally paid. Here's what to expect:

Medical Emergencies

If a serious health issue prevents you from continuing, we'll work with you. You'll need to provide medical documentation, and we evaluate each case individually. Sometimes a course deferral makes more sense than a refund.

Course Quality Issues

We stand behind our content. If you genuinely believe the course didn't match what was advertised, contact us within the first two weeks. We'll investigate and may offer a refund, course credit, or other resolution depending on the situation.

Financial Hardship

Unexpected financial difficulties happen. While we can't guarantee refunds in these cases, we might be able to arrange a payment plan or transfer your enrollment to a later session. Talk to us—we're more flexible than you might think.

Course Credits as an Alternative

Sometimes a course credit works better than a refund. Credits remain valid for 12 months and can be applied to any Prime Glow Station program. There's no fee to convert a refund request to a credit, and you keep the full value of your original payment.

This option works well if your circumstances are temporary or if you want to try a different course focus within our budget risk management offerings.

Processing Fees

Some payment processors charge us for refund transactions. For refunds under 2,000 THB, we may deduct up to 150 THB to cover these costs. Refunds over 2,000 THB are processed at full value minus any promotional discounts you received.
